Refunds & Returns
We hope you enjoy your purchased product(s). Our refunds and returns policy lasts for 30 calendar days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund. To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must also be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item along with the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item(s) so you might want to use a trackable shipment and possibly purchase shipment insurance.
If the product was defective or damaged prior to use, you can get a replacement product or a refund. This is still limited to 30 days. We will cover the cost of shipping to return and to resend the replacement product, if applicable, using a method that we determine is appropriate.
